Privacy policy

Effective from 27 October 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is the Trajektoria Foundation (Fundacja Trajektoria), ul. Janowska 6/8, 40-423 Katowice, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001100340, NIP (tax ID) 9542870251, REGON 528447413. Soundpainting Poland is a project of the Trajektoria Foundation (Teatr Trajektoria).

2. Visiting the website

When you open the website, its hosting provider automatically processes technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, date and time, and the address of the page you visit. We do this solely to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and abuse.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: for as long as necessary for these purposes, under the hosting provider's rules (technical logs are kept for a short time).
• We do not use this data to identify people, profile them or for marketing.

3. Contacting us

If you e-mail or call us (for example about a workshop for your group or a performance), we process the data you give us: usually your name, e-mail address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message.

• Purpose: to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and run the workshop or performance.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the conversation leads to an agreement, steps prior to entering into it and its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: for the duration of the correspondence and then until any claims become time-barred. If no collaboration follows, we delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.
• Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or phone number we cannot reply.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not set any cookies. If you choose a language version yourself (PL / EN), we remember that choice in your browser's storage (localStorage, key sp-lang) so the site opens in that language next time. This contains no personal data, is never sent anywhere, and you can remove it by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

5. Who processes data on our behalf

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, DNS and protection against attacks (data in section 2).
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd.): the e-mail service you write to (data in section 3).

These providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.

6. Links to other services

The website links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, the Teatr Trajektoria website, the ticketing system and soundpainting.com. We do not embed their scripts: until you click a link, these services receive no data from us. Once you follow a link, their own privacy policies apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have it rectified,
• have it erased,
• restrict its processing,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• data portability, where we process data under an agreement,
• lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

8. Changes

If the way the website works changes (for example, if we add a form or statistics), we will update this policy and its effective date.
